Our custom packages are created to give you a luxury full wedding planning experience within a budget that is reasonable to most couples.
Our starting wedding planning package can accommodate 100 guests starting at $28,000 including:
- 50 Custom Designed Invitations
- Licensed and Experienced Wedding Planner (20 Hours of Planning)
- 10 Centerpieces
- Chef Created Catering Menu - 2 entrée proteins, 2 sides, and 4 butler served appetizers
- Four Hours of Open Bar by licensed bartender
- Five Hours of DJ/ MC Service by our Award Winning DJ
- 10 Uplights in the color of your choice
- Venue Rental (various locations throughout Dade and Broward to choose from)
- Five hours of Photography Coverage
- Five Hours of Videography Coverage
- Roundtrip limousine transfer - up to 10 passengers
- 100 Chiavari Chairs (silver, gold, and mahogany available)
- 100 Charger Plates in Silver or Gold
- 100 Custom Designed Menus

DAY OF COORDINATOR & DECOR SETUP PACKAGES
Silver package - Day of Décor Setup:
We setup the table décor including:
- Chargers - Solid Gold or Silver Style (other styles available at an additional fee)
- Linens - Choice of Polyester Striped/ Solid Linen or Satin, many colors to choose from (other styles at an additional fee)
- Favor setup - you must provide your favors or we can create something for you at an additional fee
- Menu cards - custom designed to match your decor concept
- Napkin Setup - Polyester napkins folded in your choice of style
- Bridal table Toasting Flutes - bride and groom style
- Table Assignment Tent Cards - you provide the list and we will print them according to your decor concept
- Cake Server Set - Crystal
- Sign in book - multiple styles and colors to choose from
- Table runners (if desired) - silk or polyester styles to choose from
- Table numbers - custom designed to match your decor concept
- Gift table setup (if desired)
- Coordinator sets up the room and departs right after, the breakdown is the responsibility of the couple/family
Bronze package - Partial Day of Coordination and Décor Setup:
All of the décor in the Silver package along with:
- Sashes for the chairs
- Centerpiece Setup (if using a floral centerpiece the flowers must come already in the vase and we will put the finishing touches)
- Decoration of your cake with fresh/silk flowers (if applicable, you must provide the flowers)
- Coordinator remains at the wedding until the reception begins to help you line up the bridal party and move guests into the reception smoothly
Gold package - Full Month of Coordination and Décor Setup:
All of the décor in the Silver and Gold package along with:
- We begin working with you wrapping up loose ends 30 days prior
- Custom created timeline for all of your vendors to follow
- A computer generated layout of the room for vendors and the venue to follow
- Concierge throughout the evening for all vendors and the couple
- Helps maintain the wedding according to schedule
- Assist the M/C with announcements throughout the evening
- Two coordinators on site the entire evening so you have complete coverage of the event at all times
- Coordinator remains at the wedding until the end of the reception (based on a 12 am end time, additional hours can be added at $75 per hour) and assists with the breakdown of the wedding and transfer of all keepsakes and items to the family
